Allianz Italia is seeking a pricing specialist to join the Motor Pricing Team in Milan. You will lead data collection, modeling, and tariff development for automotive quotes, applying advanced analytics and ensuring alignment with group best practices.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a quantitative field and have 5–7 years of motor pricing experience in insurance or consulting. Proficiency in SAS, Python, and Office is required; English and Italian fluency is essential.

• Master's degree in quantitative fields.
• 5–7 years' motor pricing experience in insurance or consultancy.
• Proficiency with SAS, Python and Office (incl. VBA).
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Develop technical analyses aligned with best practice across the tariff process.
• Collect and prepare data for modeling and rate requirement analysis.
• Apply GLM or ML approaches for pricing and risk models.
• Create reports on updated KPI predictions and tariff impacts.
• Develop Fleets and Automotive quotes and interface with stakeholders.
