Eaton is seeking a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer to lead OEM opportunities across Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia and Bologna. You will drive growth with tailored solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams and champions of Eaton's digital ecosystem, while mentoring external agencies to expand channel opportunities.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales in industrial settings, a degree in Electrical Engineering, and fluency in Italian and English, with a strong consultative selling
Competenze
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in OEM or industrial environments.
Mansioni
- Lead prospecting activities, including lead generation and qualification.
- Conduct needs discovery and opportunity qualification.
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers.
- Design tailored offers and manage quotation processes.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to customers.
- Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals.
- Ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Monitor pipeline and CRM accuracy.
