Jobgether is seeking an Expert(e) Meta Ads specialist on a freelance basis, based in Germany, to manage a multi-product SaaS advertising portfolio with six-figure monthly spends. You will own, optimize, and iterate campaigns across Meta formats, implement advanced tracking, and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Tech teams, enjoying significant autonomy.

Fluent French and professional English are required, with flexible remote work across Europe.

Competenze

• At least 4 years hands-on Meta Ads and paid acquisition experience.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
• Ability to juggle multiple businesses or projects simultaneously.
• E-commerce experience with €150K–€200K+ monthly spend.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta formats: Feed, Stories, Reels, Advantage+.
• Proven track record in creative testing and scaling campaigns.
• Strong analytics with CPA, ROAS, CPM, and CTR.
• Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Highly autonomous with strong ownership mindset.

Mansioni

• Create, launch, test, scale, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.
• Manage campaigns across Meta formats: Feed, Stories, Reels, and Advantage+.
• Own high-budget accounts with six figures monthly spend.
• Test and iterate on creatives, audiences, bidding, placements, campaign structures.
• Monitor acquisition KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR.
• Implement and improve advanced tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom events.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
• Onboard with Growth leadership, then take full ownership.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech on tracking and attribution.
