Intuitive Surgical seeks an experienced Specialty Sales Manager to drive identification and adoption of new procedures for the da Vinci system. You will partner with Clinical and Capital Sales, develop Key Opinion Leaders, and coach local reps in selling to specialists across hospital accounts.

This senior role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, broad knowledge of multiple surgical specialties, and willingness to travel up to 70% to support growth.
