Flutter SEA in Milano, Italy is seeking a Media, Programmatic & Social Media Manager to transform business objectives into high-performing media strategies. You will own omnichannel media planning, budget allocation, and cross-functional alignment with product launches.

You will lead the Social Media roadmap, oversee programmatic and performance ecosystems, and manage agencies to ensure flawless execution. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

• 5+ years in media planning, programmatic buying, and social media management.
• Strategic, autonomous thinker with multi-channel execution experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights to leadership.

Mansioni

• Shape omnichannel media strategy and allocate budgets across Digital, Programmatic, Paid Social, and Traditional Media.
• Lead Social Media roadmap, content strategy, community management and paid amplification.
• Own Programmatic ecosystem including DSP selection, audience targeting and bidding data.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Data and E-commerce teams on launches and priorities.
• Manage agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
• Set KPIs, build dashboards, and translate analytics into senior leadership insights.
• Oversee budget management and ensure alignment with financial guidelines.
