Momentive is seeking a Sr. Material Cost Analyst to own cost analysis across raw materials and logistics, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance. You will drive cost visibility, advise on process improvements, ensure US GAAP compliance, and deliver timely financial reporting and forecasts for multiple business units.

English fluency is required; experience with SAP/BI is a plus. Base pay range is €41,300–€60,610; actual compensation will reflect location, experience,

Qualifications

• CA/MBA in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive Finance experience in a related role.
• Strong material cost planning and analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP/BI is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, analyze, and drive execution of material cost.
• Analyze raw material purchases and maintain cost controllership.
• Advise operations and BU finance on material costs and process improvements.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Analyze monthly inflation, variances, and logistics cost; budget and forecast.
• Design and improve raw material cost reporting and processes.
• Review transactions per delegation policy with cross-functional teams.
