Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with customer service experience.
• Customer focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English with excellent spelling, syntax and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Process order-to-cash from contract management to delivery for all orders.
• Act as front-line business contact for product, service and supply chain inquiries.
• Analyze SAP reports to identify and resolve open issues.
• Interface with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Product Stewardship, Trade Compliance and Quality.
• Manage customer non-conformances/claims, including debit/credit notes.
