Job summary

KOS MAKE Europe in Milan seeks a Senior Process Analyst to lead complex manufacturing and operational‑improvement initiatives, combining industrial engineering expertise with investment analysis and hands‑on implementation to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

You will navigate between strategic assessment, detailed process understanding and close collaboration with client and plant teams to align opportunities with business objectives and achieve tangible performance gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous‑improvement projects focused on labour efficiency and/or Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Diagnose operational performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps.
• Support the industrialization of new products and/or processes, from process definition through implementation and stabilization.
• Evaluate the profitability and business impact of industrial investments, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns.
• Manage Production, Maintenance and Quality teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and align operational priorities, technical solutions and business objectives.
• Use manufacturing data and key legacy IT systems to support fact‑based decisions and performance management.
