KOS PLAN & DELIVERY Europe is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to lead complex planning and logistics improvement initiatives across manufacturing environments in Europe. You will apply supply-chain expertise, investment analysis and hands-on implementation to drive measurable, sustainable results, bridging strategy with operational execution.

Competenze

• 4-6 years of professional experience in manufacturing or operations consulting.
• Proven track record delivering logistics-improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP principles, governance and routines.
• Ability to perform profitability analyses for logistics investments.
• Experience leading Logistics or Planning teams.
• Familiarity with planning IT systems and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 or higher).

KOS PLAN & DELIVERY- Senior Process Analyst

Job Description

As a Senior Process Analyst in KOS PLAN & DELIVERY Europe, you will lead complex planning and logistics improvement initiatives. You will combine supply-chain and logistics expertise, investment and profitability analysis, functional leadership and hands-on implementation to help manufacturing organizations achieve measurable and sustainable results. You will move confidently between strategic planning, detailed logistics process understanding and collaboration with client and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction.
• Diagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps.
• Design and improve Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, governance, decision forums and planning routines.
• Evaluate the profitability and business impact of logistics investments in hardware and software, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns.
• Manage Logistics and Planning teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance.
• Use planning data and key legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions, planning reliability and performance management.
• Understand and apply the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning.
• Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops, performance reviews and management discussions.
• Coach and develop less experienced team members in analytical methods, improvement approaches and stakeholder management.
• Prepare clear business cases, executive-level recommendations, implementation plans and progress updates.
• Ensure improvements are implemented sustainably and embedded into management routines, planning processes and operating standards.

Who you are

• 4-6 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company or in operations consulting.
• Demonstrated experience delivering continuous-improvement projects in logistics, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction.
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning principles, processes, governance and decision-making routines.
• The ability to perform profitability analyses for logistics investments in hardware and software, including business-case development and return assessment.
• Experience managing Logistics and/or Planning teams, or leading consulting projects in these functional areas.
• Knowledge of the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning.
• A strong understanding of planning, warehouse, internal logistics, inventory and supply-chain performance management.
• The ability to connect operational, technological and financial perspectives when defining improvement priorities.
• Leadership, influencing and communication skills, with a structured, results-oriented and collaborative approach.
• Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new technologies, processes and industrial environments.
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
