Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer at the Talamona plant to develop, optimize, and standardize high-tech turbomachinery manufacturing processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, and performance, contributing to new products and technologies in a cutting-edge environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, production engineering, machining, or process support.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM, CNC, automation, or robotics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams to ensure robust solutions.
• Introduce new products, processes, and technologies in production environments.
• Analyze process performance and production data to identify improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and work instructions.
• Support operators, setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure quality.
• Monitor fixtures’ condition and drive restorations for reliability.
• Promote best practices and safety compliance across manufacturing activities.
