Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Transcend: Business Transformation Process Integration program. This role will drive end-to-end process mapping and integration, coordinating across global supply chain and finance teams to harmonize ERP templates and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in large transformation programs, hands-on SAP ERP experience, and strong leadership with senior stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in operations, supply chain, finance, or large transformation programs.
• Experience with large-scale SAP ERP projects and complex global systems.
• Strong customer-centric focus and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end business process mapping and integration across supply chain functions.
• Lead the Design Authority and drive risk mitigation for design decisions.
• Develop and deliver program presentations to IM stakeholders with status updates.
