Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Network Transformation Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of distribution and transportation network transitions within Europe, Middle East and Africa. The role requires coordinating across sites, markets, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and governance of complex changes.

With 5–8 years in supply chain or transformation programs, you will manage dependencies, drive operational readiness, and deliver continuous improvement

Competenze

• Proven experience leading complex, high-visibility projects or programs.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
• Fluent English; ability to operate in a global, matrix environment.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain.
• Manage multiple interrelated sub-projects in parallel with focus on milestones and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance docs.
• Track milestones, risks, and issues with timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of operational, systems, and 3PL activities.
