Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned senior Process & SAP ERP Lead in Italy (Lazio, Latina) to drive end-to-end process design and integration across Supply Chain functions. You will own mapping, scenario definition, and alignment with ERP Global Template while coordinating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading Design Authority meetings, mitigating design risks, and delivering readiness through simulations and validated processes. Travel up to 50% may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure processes and capabilities are designed, documented, and deployed effectively within program timelines and scope


• Lead mapping of end-to-end business processes and needs to identify integrated solutions


• Lead Design Authority Meetings and identify and mitigate design risks


• Partner with global Supply Chain experts on global process and integration-point design, development, maintenance, and improvement


• Establish and implement process design methodology, templates, tools, controls, and cadence


• Manage cross-program process design interdependencies and implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations


• Ensure planning and execution of business simulation and validation/readiness


• Develop and deliver program presentations for senior-level J&J Innovative Medicine stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / University, MBA, or equivalent degree is required


• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience


• Progressive leadership experience within Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or large transformation programs


• Experience in business process design, engineering, or optimization


• Hands‑on project delivery experience, including managing timelines and milestones in complex business environments


• Experience in complex global system environments and large‑scale SAP ERP projects


• Customer‑centric focus, including partner development and management


• Ability to engage and build relationships with senior business stakeholders


• Ability to lead and govern cross‑functional decision‑making bodies


• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills


• Ability to influence and collaborate to achieve desired results


• Proficiency in English, written and verbal


• Ability to work onsite a minimum of three days each week, with two remote workdays each week


• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to 50% domestically and internationally, depending on business needs and primary work location


• Preferred: experience leading operational technology processes within a global organization


• Preferred: Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience


• Preferred: people management and development experience


• Helpful certifications: PMP / FPX, APICS, and/or Lean/Six Sigma / Process Excellence
