Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Network Transformation Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of network transition initiatives across distribution and transportation. You will coordinate multi-workstream efforts, ensure governance and readiness, and partner with Operations, IT, Procurement, and regional teams.

The role supports a complex business separation with global stakeholders and requires fluent English, with flexibility for EMEA locations including the UK and Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience leading complex, high-visibility programs.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or transformation programs.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions.
• Manage multiple interrelated sub-projects with dependencies and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documents.
• Track milestones, risks, and issues with timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate readiness of operations, systems, and 3PL-related activities supporting transformation priorities.
• Support site transition activities, cutover planning, stabilization, and governance.
• Ensure activities align with standards, timelines, and future-state objectives.
• Facilitate alignment and decision visibility across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management, and regions.
• Prepare governance reporting and highlight progress, risks, and actions.
