Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services is seeking a Senior Luxury Experience Designer to lead the end-to-end design of exclusive itineraries from A to Z. You will coordinate ground operations, villas, hotels, and exclusive experiences across Italy and Switzerland, reporting to the Team Leader.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment in Chiasso, with a passion for luxury travel, superb client service, and strong pricing abilities.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and able to communicate with sophisticated clientele.
• Strong understanding of pricing, costing and financial calculations.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate luxury travel requests from A to Z.
• Oversee itineraries across Italy and Switzerland, including hotels, villas and logistics.
• Communicate with luxury suppliers and advisors daily.
• Design tailor-made itineraries for elite clients.
• Build long-term relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Use BeConcierge CRM to manage bookings and performance.
• Apply pricing strategies to close deals and optimize margins.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve client requests discreetly.
• Gather and report client feedback to elevate service quality.
• Lead and supervise junior bookers.
