COREcruitment seeks a Guest Experience Executive for a luxury VIP hospitality team in Milan (Linate). The role focuses on delivering seamless, tailored guest services from arrival to departure, with a refined, professional approach and attention to detail.

As the first point of contact, you will coordinate with premium services, assist with luggage and travel logistics, and ensure all interactions reflect the highest standards of service excellence in a fast-paced, premium environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent English; multilingual skills preferred.
• Strong communication and IT literacy with basic database knowledge.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests with a warm, polished demeanor and coordinate with premium services.
• Provide personalized assistance and anticipate guest preferences to elevate the experience.
• Assist with luggage, transport coordination, and travel-related formalities.
• Oversee lounge and reception areas to ensure luxury standards are met.
• Support food & beverage service and maintain impeccable safety and operational procedures.
