Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services in Chiasso seeks an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to coordinate bespoke luxury itineraries for elite clients across Italy and Switzerland, from initial request through to final delivery.

This in-office role offers a starting salary of CHF 43,500 gross per year, plus performance incentives, a MacBook and iPhone, and growth opportunities within a leading international B2B luxury travel brand.

Competenze

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Extensive experience in luxury travel or hospitality.
• Based in/around Chiasso; in-office role.
• Strong pricing, costing and financial calculation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and client-focused.
• Ability to design and manage end-to-end itineraries.

Mansioni

• Coordinate luxury travel requests from A to Z.
• Oversee complete itineraries across Italy and Switzerland.
• Communicate daily with suppliers and travel partners.
• Design tailor-made itineraries and proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Use BeConcierge CRM to manage bookings.
• Apply sales techniques to close deals and improve margins.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve client requests.
• Gather and report client feedback to elevate service.
• Lead and supervise assistant bookers.
