Givenchy, the iconic fashion house within the LVMH Group, seeks a seasoned Production, Purchasing & Quality Manager to lead all aspects of production from raw materials to final shipments in Italy. You will supervise Leathergoods, Accessories and Shoes production, coordinating Production Planning, Purchasing and Quality with external suppliers.

The role requires at least 10 years in similar roles, expertise in Lean Manufacturing, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and fluency in Italian with

Competenze

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in industrial manufacturing.
• Expertise on manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong Excel proficiency and knowledge of Power BI.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English or French.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Production Planning and production teams.
• Oversee Purchasing of raw materials and supplier relationships.
• Manage Quality Team and ensure finished goods standards.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Development, Industrialization and Quality Teams.
