Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Production Management & Planning Expert to join the RTW, Classic Shoes & Accessories Production Team based in Marghera (VE). The role focuses on translating commercial needs into efficient production plans while upholding luxury standards.

You will collaborate with Business, Technical, Supply Chain and Quality teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely delivery. Minimum 3 years in luxury production, English proficiency, and strong ERP/PLM/analytics skills are

Competenze

3+ years of hands-on experience in a pure production management role within luxury or high-end fashion (manufacturing focus).
Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Strong command of IT systems, including ERP software, production planning tools, and advanced data analysis tools.

Mansioni

Oversee the complete manufacturing and industrialization process (post-development) to ensure delivery schedules align with business demands.
Act as the operational bridge translating business needs into production plans and coordinating with technical teams.
Coordinate daily with Supply Chain to optimize material flow, logistics, and delivery timelines.
Partner with Quality Control to enforce luxury standards and resolve manufacturing defects or compliance issues.
Monitor industrial KPIs, manage external labs and artisan workshops, and maintain operational transparency using digital tracking systems.
