You will build lasting relationships, spearhead private appointments, and collaborate with management and CRM teams to grow the client book, with a focus on Diamond Expertise & High Jewelry.

This full-time role is based in Italy with a starting gross annual salary of €30,000 and eligibility for bonuses based on performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of luxury retail experience, ideally in jewelry.
• Fluent Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
• Passion for client care and building lasting relationships.

Mansioni

• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments for clients.
• Lead private appointments and proactively prospect new clients through network.
• Capture client data, feed client book, and support lifetime client relationships.
