Job summary

Pete Tong DJ Academy in Rome seeks a senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own member journeys from onboarding to renewal. You will design, implement and measure campaigns that turn new members into weekly students and drive upgrades to annual plans.

You’ll manage CRM automations, email and in-app messaging, and collaborate with product, community and sales to optimize retention and lifetime value across international audiences. This is a senior role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing in subscription businesses.
• Proven track record moving activation, conversions to annual, or churn reduction with numbers you can walk us through.
• Hands-on with marketing automation: build journeys, segments and triggers yourself.
• Strong analytical habits: cohorts, A/B tests, reading revenue-driven results.
• Clear, warm writing in English with good judgement on messaging frequency.
• Comfort working across product, community, content, sales and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the member lifecycle end-to-end from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead activation and onboarding by persona, with nudges to foster study habits.
• Drive upsell to annual plans and higher tiers with timely offers.
• Manage cancellation flow, win-back campaigns and failed-payment recovery.
• Own CRM automations, segments, calendar and weekly campus newsletter.
• Run experiments across onboarding, pricing moments and messaging to improve revenue and retention.
• Bring lifecycle insights to monthly product reviews to inform fixes.
