Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for Life Sciences to lead architecture across complex engagements and guide implementations for pharmaceutical and medical technology customers. You will connect business needs with Salesforce capabilities and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor teams, navigate regulatory requirements, and shape data, security and integration designs that enable compliant, efficient operations across regions.

Competenze

• Enterprise architecture or technical consulting experience in Life Sciences (12+ years)
• 4+ years leading Salesforce implementation projects
• Experience delivering CRM tech solutions for pharma/biotech/medical tech
• Strong Salesforce application design skills: data, integration, identity, security, scalability
• Hands-on configuration and development in Salesforce (customisation)

• Serve as trusted advisor to Life Sciences customers connecting business objectives with Salesforce architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture for complex engagements and coordinate architects across customers, partners and Salesforce teams.
• Translate requirements for engagement with HCP/HCO, medical affairs and patient services into practical designs.
• Design data, integration and security architectures connecting Salesforce with enterprise platforms and clinical systems.
• Partner with privacy, security and regulatory teams to translate requirements into access controls, auditability and governance.
• Review architecture and delivery approaches to ensure performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Guide configuration and development, and contribute hands-on as needed.
• Shape migration and rollout strategies addressing data quality and legacy apps.
• Plan delivery with project managers and manage risks and expectations.
• Evaluate AI/automation use cases with data access and human oversight.
