Job summary

Eutelsat is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Architect to shape our enterprise Salesforce strategy and architect scalable, secure integrations across the business. You will define the Salesforce blueprint, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT strategy, data governance, and enterprise architecture.

The role demands hands-on leadership in CI/CD, DevOps, and multi-cloud integrations.

Qualifications

8+ years Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, integration patterns, and data modelling.
Experience in CRM, CLM, CPQ & Order Management.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Salesforce architecture across the enterprise, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and high-level design specs.
Guide and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts on best practices and technical standards.
Evaluate and recommend Salesforce-native and AppExchange solutions as needed.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and data governance standards.
Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution design sessions.
Support the implementation of CI/CD practices and DevOps pipelines in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Engage in stakeholder meetings to gather and refine business requirements.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and assess their applicability to the business
