Ashurst Perkins Coie in Milan is seeking a Practice Executive for a 12-month maternity cover. You will act as a key reference for the assigned Practice team, supporting Partners and Counsels with business development, billing, compliance, and matter management.

You should have around 10 years of international firm experience, excellent English, and outstanding organisational skills. The role includes flexible working and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once
• Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills, with experience of practice management systems as an advantage

Responsibilities

• Business development and marketing: updating professional CVs for Partners and Counsels, preparing credentials and capability statements without fees proposals, pitches and client presentations, maintaining the practice's track record, preparing submissions for legal directories and rankings, and updating firm brochures and reference databases.
