Ashurst Perkins Coie invites penultimate or final-year law students to join a six-month, full-time internship in our Tax Practice. You will gain real work experience drafting documents, researching legal issues, and supporting transactions alongside our lawyers and Partners.

We look for strong academic credentials in Law or Economics, fluent English, a proactive, collegial attitude, and international exposure (Erasmus helps). A monthly reimbursement of €1,000 is provided.

Our Tax Practice

Our practice comprises lawyers and chartered accountants who are recognised experts around the world. We provide a range of direct and indirect tax advice to a wide variety of clients across multiple industries, including support on the structuring and execution of transactions and strategic tax planning. We offer innovative and integrated advisory services that enable our clients to minimise their exposure to tax and regulatory risks and to effectively manage settlement, pre-litigation and litigation phases.

We are recognised among the experts in Italy in energy taxation, finance taxation, and real estate taxation. We also specialise in international and domestic corporate tax, M&A, private equity, and restructuring.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for curious and driven penultimate or final-year law students who are eager to begin their legal career in an international law firm. You should have a genuine interest in Tax, a strong appetite for learning.
