Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel based in Italy to lead international gaming regulation, corporate and commercial matters. This hands-on role offers broad international exposure and autonomy within a growing business.

You will advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams, manage licensing and market-entry projects, negotiate complex B2B contracts, and help build a proactive legal function while staying closely aligned with regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally including substantial in-house experience in iGaming.
• Experience advising on gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of gaming licence applications, regulatory assessments and market-entry requirements.
• Strong background in corporate and commercial matters, incl. international B2B contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on international gaming regulation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage licensing, renewals and ongoing regulatory obligations.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex B2B contracts with game providers, operators and partners.
• Support corporate governance, intercompany arrangements and international projects.
• Liaise with regulators and external advisers across jurisdictions.
• Advise on regulatory implications of commercial initiatives.
