Job summary

Brightstar Lottery in Roma, Italy, seeks a Legal Senior Specialist (Contracts & Regulatory) to join the Legal Italy/Contracts & Regulatory department and support contracts and regulatory activities.

You will provide legal advice on public gaming regulation in Italy and participate in bids for gaming concessions, including tender documentation. You will draft and review contracts with suppliers and intercompany agreements to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Law degree and experience in contracts/administrative law in large firms or industry.
• At least 3 years in contracts/regulatory areas.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Team-working, time management, attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on public gaming regulation in Italy.
• Support bids for Italian gaming concessions, including tender docs.
• Ensure compliance with concession obligations for Brightstar in Italy.
• Draft and review national and international contracts related to gaming activities.
