Job summary

Deltatre S.p.A., the sports media technology company, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to manage an international contract portfolio, licensing and media rights. You will negotiate with counterparties across multiple jurisdictions and balance commercial aims with risk control.

The role covers NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and complex multi-party agreements, requires fluency in English, in-house experience, GDPR and EU AI Act awareness, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years' PQE and in-house experience.
• Strong negotiating track record on commercial and technology contracts.
• Experience handling cross-border matters and coordinating external counsel.
• Excellent drafting and risk-communication skills to non-legal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GDPR and emerging EU AI regulation relevant to commercial contexts.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs and licensing agreements.
• Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers and partners across jurisdictions.
• Manage contract lifecycle from term sheet to execution with tracked changes.
• Support bid procedures, assess legal/commercial risk and advise stakeholders.
• Coordinate external counsel and provide clear briefings to senior leadership.
