Job summary

Qualifications

Reporting directly to the Regional General Counsel, the successful candidate will oversee legal strategies, compliance, procurement, IoT, and digital initiatives. The role involves working closely with C-level executives, the Global General Counsel, and HQ legal teams to manage regional and global legal affairs.Key Responsibilities:

• Define legal strategy on high-risk, high-value matters and coordinate external counsel across EMEA.
• Lead regional compliance initiatives and support cross-border M&A and strategic transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex international commercial contracts.
