Job summary

Ayvens, a global leader in sustainable mobility, seeks a Legal Counsel for its Rome office. The role protects the company’s legal interests by negotiating supplier and commercial contracts and by managing corporate governance, including board meetings and minutes.

You will advise on Data Protection, Insurance Law, and Intellectual Property, drive proactive risk management, and coordinate with external counsel for litigation. English (C1) is mandatory and a Level II Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Law degree and be qualified to practice law (Bar admission).
• High level of English proficiency (C1) is mandatory.
• Level II Master’s degree in legal disciplines preferred and international/corporate experience valued.

Responsibilities
