JinkoSolar Europe is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its European legal team in Milan. The role reports to the General Counsel Europe and will draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements across multiple European jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include providing legal advice on contract negotiations, supporting regulatory compliance, developing document templates, and assisting with litigations and disputes, with a strong emphasis on solar industry experience and English

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from a European university.
• 5–6 years of experience in an international corporate legal department or law firm.
• Mandatory experience or understanding of the solar industry.
• Excellent drafting skills and English fluency.

Responsabilités
