Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer for Certification & eLearning to design and develop certificate exams and self‑paced courses for the Ads Growth Marketing Education team. You will apply the ADDIE framework to create assessments, interactive modules, and educational content that upskills advertisers and partners.

The role requires strong instructional design expertise, certification assessment experience, and the ability to leverage AI to scale content

Competenze

• 8+ years of design experience.
• 8+ years of learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field experience.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools to streamline content creation, scripting, and ideation.
• Demonstrated experience leading learning projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating cross‑functional with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers.

• Needs analysis: scope curriculum requirements, identify performance gaps, define learning objectives.
• ADDIE framework: guide all phases from scoping through delivery and iteration.
• Certification exam item writing: multiple choice, scenario‑based, and performance‑based questions using psychometric principles.
