INFUSE is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences. You will partner with subject matter experts to design modern, engaging programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based instructional design and AI technologies.

Competenze

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4).
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions.
• Detail-oriented, innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solving to make learning smarter and more engaging.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design principles.
• Design and curate blended learning solutions (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, on-the-job activities).
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes.
