Qualifications

• Master's degree with exceptional academics.
• Broad experience in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Toyota Production System, kaizen, TPM, JIT, SMED).
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Mobility and enthusiasm for European assignments during the work week.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize conclusions into recommendations.
• Support client strategies across Europe with Lean Manufacturing and operations improvements.
• Develop tailor-made solutions and ensure positive, sustainable impact for clients.
