Job summary

Aliaxis Italia is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer EMEA to drive Operational Excellence across multiple manufacturing sites in EMEA. You will deploy CI programs, coach local teams, and lead Lean initiatives, with regular travel across sites.

The role requires an engineering degree, 3–8 years of experience, and fluency in English, with Green Belt a plus. Travel up to 50% and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical, manufacturing or operations discipline.
• 3-8 years of proven experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement environments.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Solid project management and stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience in leading or supporting improvement projects with measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Fluent English is required.
• Additional languages are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence programs across EMEA manufacturing sites.
• Coach local CI leaders and plant teams in Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
• Facilitate Gemba walks, Kaizen events, 5S, visual management and standard work.
• Deliver training programs on CI methodologies and capability development.
• Support execution and sustainability of Lean programs and operational excellence initiatives.
• Track project progress, performance indicators and improvement benefits across sites.
• Develop and standardize playbooks, methodologies and best practices for regional deployment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
