Ceccato Aria Compressa, a product company within the Atlas Copco Group, requires a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production methods and material flow at the Montecchio Maggiore plant, Vicenza, Italy. You will coordinate with engineers, shop floor staff and suppliers to streamline processes and implement lean improvements.

The role demands an engineering degree, 1-2 years lean manufacturing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD.

Competenze

• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a scientific method of problem solving.
• Drive for continuous process improvement.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD software.
• Permanent contract and CCNL level information.

Mansioni

• Define logistics according to Lean manufacturing concepts and create work instructions.
• Train and support operators to maximize throughput and reduce cycle time.
• Support reliable information flow across all manufacturing processes.
• Serve as link between shop floor and engineers for new product introductions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, R&D and production flow teams.
• Specify, evaluate, and implement new equipment and fixtures; develop protocols.
• Drive Lean culture and 5S to standardize processes and capture key data.
