Ceccato Aria Compressa, part of the Atlas Copco Group, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production through lean methods, tooling, and process improvements at our Montecchio Maggiore plant. You will collaborate with shopfloor, engineers and suppliers, define work instructions, and drive 5S, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement across assembly and logistics.

The role is on-site in Montecchio Maggiore, Vicenza, Italy, with a permanent contract and opportunities for

• Strong analytical skills with a scientific method of problem solving.
• Proven drive for continuous process improvement.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Define logistics according to Lean manufacturing concepts and create/update assembly work instructions.
• Train and support operators to maximize throughput and reduce cycle time.
• Develop and maintain reliable systems to improve and sustain operations and ensure efficient information flow.
