Mane Energy is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to take ownership of the electrical delivery on a major data centre project in Milan, Italy. The role covers design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover, with senior technical leadership and direct accountability for electrical scope.

You’ll lead the electrical engineering delivery, coordinate the team across LV and MV systems, review designs, manage submittals and interfaces with clients, vendors and construction

Competenze

• 7+ years’ electrical project engineering experience.
• Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Strong LV/MV experience.
• Major construction project experience.
• Data centre or mission‑critical experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and design standards.
• Experience with electrical installation, testing and commissioning.

• Leading electrical engineering delivery across the project.
• Managing and coordinating the electrical engineering team.
• Reviewing electrical designs and identifying technical gaps and risks.
• Coordinating design with BIM and construction teams.
• Supporting electrical equipment procurement and vendor management.
• Providing technical support throughout installation.
• Coordinating testing, commissioning and system handover.
