JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a major data centre project in Italy. The role involves leading electrical design, coordinating with BIM and design teams, and ensuring successful installation, testing and handover.

You will manage design reviews, submittals and technical assessments, while liaising with clients and vendors to maintain project schedules and quality standards on a permanent basis.

Competenze

• Requires 3rd-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 7+ years' project engineering experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong experience with LV and MV electrical systems and data centres.

Mansioni

• Lead electrical design reviews and identify deviations from specifications.
• Review cable sizing and provide technical recommendations.
• Prepare and manage electrical technical submittals through approval.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery and verification of electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with BIM/design teams to ensure constructibility.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors and project teams.
• Monitor progress against the project programme and milestones.
• Conduct electrical system walk-downs to verify installations.
