Swisslog is seeking a Finance professional to lead the IFRS close for multiple entities and to manage statutory financial statements and audits. The role requires IFRS expertise, SAP experience, and strong collaboration with auditors and internal teams to ensure compliant financial reporting.

You will work within a global intralogistics context, driving process improvements, cross-functional coordination, and development of a small accounting team covering Italian entities.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally within an international business environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Experience with statutory financial statements and working with external auditors.
• Good knowledge of taxation and finance-related processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close under IFRS for designated entities.
• Ensure timely and high-quality group reporting.
• Lead end-to-end accounting processes with AR, AP and GL teams.
• Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements and audits.
• Maintain statutory ledgers under Local GAAP and liaise with fiscal authorities.
