ToolsGroup is seeking a Senior IT Service Operations Lead to drive hands-on IT service delivery and operations in a fast-paced international SaaS environment. You will oversee incident, change, and problem management, ensuring high availability and timely resolutions for internal users and SaaS customers.

You will lead a small IT/Ops team, mentor engineers, and promote reliability through infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong grounding in operating systems, networking, distributed systems, databases.

Mansioni

• Oversee incident, change, and problem management.
• Maintain high service availability and SLAs across IT services.
• Lead a small IT/Ops team with hands-on technical work.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance to meet business needs.
