Jobgether is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to define and own health metrics across a large security-focused product. You will build telemetry, establish SLOs, and drive an observability platform for both cloud services and customer-hosted agents.

You will collaborate with engineering leads to implement robust instrumentation in Python, Go, and Rust, deliver scalable alerting, and shape reliability culture across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment.

Competenze

• Substantial production engineering or SRE experience with SLO framework development.
• Strong Python skills and ability to modify Go or Rust code for instrumentation.
• Experience with time-series telemetry at scale (Prometheus/OpenMetrics), dashboards, and alerting systems.

Mansioni

• Define 70 product-component SLIs, ownership, measurement, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Build a reliability taxonomy covering availability, latency, security-control efficacy, and telemetry health.
• Design telemetry pipelines for on-prem and cloud services, balancing privacy and data quality.
• Extend instrumentation across Python, Go, and Rust; consolidate dashboards into a reliable observability platform.
• Implement SLO-driven alerting with multi-window burn-rate; ensure clear runbooks and ownership.
• Establish blameless postmortems, on-call handoffs, and multi-time zone escalation.
