OGL Digital Service sits at the heart of IT operations, building and operating cloud applications in Microsoft Azure for a Bolzano-based team. You will lead a development and admin team, coordinating with Product Owners and Technical Leads across ERP, Infrastructure, and Security to implement business requirements.

The role requires a degree in CS/BI or related field, 5+ years in Azure-based cloud apps, and strong SOA/Agile knowledge. German is desirable, English excellent.

• 5+ years design, implementation and integration of cloud apps on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong expertise in Azure technologies and SAP integrations.
• Experience leading technical product teams.

OGL Digital Service is responsible for ensuring stable IT operations, providing group -wide IT support, and driving the implementation and continuous development of the application landscape. The group's core business focuses on the trading, sourcing, and quality assurance of fruits, vegetables, dried fruits, wine, and other FMCG products.

For our Team in Bolzano (South Tyrol) we are searching for a

What awaits you:

• Building and leading a team responsible for the development and administration of cloud applications in Microsoft Azure
• Gathering and analyzing new business requirements in close collaboration with Product Owners from the business departments
• Designing business requirements in close coordination with Technical Leads from ERP, Infrastructure, and Security
• Implementing business requirements in collaboration with Technical Product Owners
• Managing external and internal implementation partners (configuration and development)
• Taking responsibility for the architecture, governance, security standards, and operational management of cloud applications
• Establishing clear processes for Application Lifecycle Management (Build / Run / Change - DevOps)
• Overseeing project deliverables throughout all project phases and ensuring successful implementation with regard to quality, budget, and timeline targets
• Ensuring quality assurance in software development
• Identifying and analyzing performance improvement opportunities

What you bring along:

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related scientific discipline
• Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in the design, implementation, and integration of cloud applications on Microsoft Azure
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies and system integrations, particularly with SAP Experience leading technical product teams
• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies, including service -oriented architectures and agile ways of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and excellent organizational abilities
• High level of accountability, initiative, quality awareness, and resilience
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (German language skills are desirable)
