All European Careers, S.L. is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium. The role requires relocating if not based in Belgium, and EU candidates are welcome to apply. A work permit is not provided; this position is open for employees and contractors.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• +5 years IT business analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case, state, ER diagrams, interaction diagrams).
• Knowledge of BPMN or UML or equivalent.
• Ability to write clear and structured business requirements documents.
• Experience with large organizational administrative processes.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• Agile methodology certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare business requirements and approve specifications.
• Manage change requests.
• Coordinate and review acceptance testing and plan deliveries.
• Report IT module status to stakeholders.
• Assist in guidelines and training materials creation.
• Assist and/or participate in business requirements documents.
• Interact with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders and developers.
• Participate in working groups, progress meetings and user meetings.
