Cookies is seeking a Business Analyst to join our operations team. The role offers remote work worldwide with optional in-office setup in Rome or Dubai, enabling flexible collaboration across Operations, Acquisitions, Product and Commercial teams.

You will create, update and track performance metrics daily, respond to ad-hoc requests, develop segmentation analyses, and alert teams to KPIs to drive informed decision making. English fluency is required and +3 years in a similar role is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mathematics / Statistics or equivalent experience.
• +3 years experience in a similar role.
• English fluency is a must.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• WordPress administration and development of custom modules.

As a business analyst you’ll actively participate, through your data driven insights, in optimizing performance and supporting operational teams & project roll-out.

In this highly transverse role, you’ll interact with a wide spectrum of teams (Operations/Acquisitions/Product/Commercial) and actively participate in the group’s growth dynamic.

You’ll support the daily operations of the Business Operations team

• Create, update and track all business performance through analysis on a daily basis;
• Effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing team leads, product management and other departments;
• Proactively develop reports and analysis of performance including segmentation analysis;
• Track, analyze, and alert teams of all key business KPIs and provide qualitative feedback in order to support business decision making;

Experience requirements

• Word Press administration and development of custom modules
• Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mathematics /Statistics or equivalent experience
• +3 years experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in the Mobile VAS industry is a must
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach;
• High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity;
• Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members;
• Drive and motivation to exceed objectives
• Highly organized and exceptional time management
