Supermicro is seeking an experienced Product Manager for IoT/Embedded, with a focus on the EMEA market. The role will establish and develop key accounts while collaborating with the sales team to grow revenue.

The position is based at our EMEA headquarters in The Netherlands. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in product management, strong customer engagement skills, and deep knowledge of data analytics, HPC, AI, and datacenter products.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of product management experience and ability to influence customers.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
• Solution knowledge on data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, network, etc.
• In‑depth knowledge of server, storage, datacenter products with strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities in the EU.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate, influence and develop complex relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
• Self‑motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals.
• Serve as the technical advisor to provide market and technology trends.

Mansioni

• Analyze market and business trends, develop tactics and programs to grow market share through strategically positioned Supermicro’s solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and address requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases with evolving deployment considerations.
• Drive TTM for new product training for customers and define/refine product specifications with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to feed back to engineers and develop platform portfolio strategy.
• Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and work with sales teams to close deals.
• Develop ecosystem with team and set up/maintain vendor/supplier relationships to develop business.
