Panasonic HVAC Group Europe GmbH in Italy seeks an experienced IoT Senior Engineer to lead the design and development of cloud-based IoT services. You will drive backend APIs, data models, and system architecture across cloud, web, and edge components, while guiding teams and vendors to delivery.

The role requires hands-on coding, strong IoT/edge-to-cloud knowledge, and fluent English. This is an on-site position in Lombardy, Italy, with opportunities for training and international collaboration.

Competenze

• 5+ years of software development experience with cloud-based or SaaS systems.
• Leadership or development management experience while coding and designing.
• Strong cloud, web, and IoT/edge-to-cloud knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience leading external vendors.
• Fluent English communication.

Mansioni

• Lead design and development of cloud-based IoT services.
• Define system architecture, APIs, and data models for cloud and edge components.
• Review code and ensure quality, security, scalability.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for alignment on scope and direction.
• Manage requirements, backlogs, schedules, risks and delivery.
