Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Consultant to support and enhance client deployments of SimCorp Dimension across Italy (Milano/Pistoia/Trieste). You will manage production support, configuration maintenance, and client relationships, driving efficient, future-oriented solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in asset management environments, strong English, and a proactive service mindset. Hybrid work arrangements and international collaboration are available.

Qualifications

• Educational background in finance or economics.
• Know-how in Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes or Financial Transaction Workflows.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension solutions.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian.
• Broad knowledge and solid experience in financial issues.
• Strong skills in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive, service-minded approach with a natural drive for problem-solving; enthusiastic, committed, solution-focused, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent client communication, presentation and consulting skills.
• Proven record of delivering high client satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a time-sensitive situation.
• Team spirit and a desire to share your knowledge.
• Fluency in English, additional language abilities would be of advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding production support and CRM.
• Provide live support for resolving problems in SimCorp Dimension and system operations.
• Handle application configuration maintenance and daily operations requests.
• Assess customer requirements for system enhancements and relay to product management.
• Collaborate with SimCorp colleagues and clients to prioritize and deliver best-practice solutions.
• Advise clients on market solutions related to SimCorp Dimension usage.
• Implement additional functionality in SimCorp Dimension for existing customers.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and conduct training or coaching.
• Contribute to policy making and strategic direction of the function.
• Work the EMEA shift with occasional weekends and public holidays.
