Agilité is seeking a senior project manager to deliver high-end commercial interiors and fit-out projects across Italy and wider Europe. The role is based in Milan and requires leadership from pre-construction through handover, with accountability for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The candidate should have deep construction knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex projects in demanding, international environments.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in a demanding construction or fit-out environment.
• Experience delivering office, retail or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding.

Mansioni

• Involved in pre-construction and tender responses, advising on strategy.
• Lead fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover and OPR.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and production schedules.
• Oversee financial and contractual management, risk and claims.
• Ensure HQSE compliance across all activities.
• Develop team and promote delivery-focused culture.
