Yuno is hiring a Staff Incident Manager to own the major incident lifecycle end to end. You will lead the response, coordinate cross-team stakeholders, and ensure learnings are captured to improve future resilience.

You will operate in a global, remote-first environment, taking on-call responsibilities and driving reliability improvements across distributed systems. This role emphasizes hands-on process design as much as incident management, with a strong focus on clear communications and

Competenze

• Experience running major incident response in production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native operations.
• Experience defining or maturing incident management practices: severity frameworks, runbooks, on-call programs.
• Familiarity with observability and incident tooling (Datadog preferred; PagerDuty/OpsGenie and status page tools expected).
• Track record of postmortems that change behavior and connect incidents to engineering work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure.
• On-call readiness, including outside business hours.
• Advanced English required.

Mansioni
